Le Femme Collective provides structured wellness and alignment assessments, including but not limited to:

• Private Release offerings
   

These services consist of digital questionnaires, interpretive reports, and structured written guidance. They are educational and reflective in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or clinical advice.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Full payment is required prior to access to any diagnostic or service. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

For the Invisible Load Diagnostic™:

• Reports are delivered within 5–7 business days from confirmed submission.
   
• Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout.
   

Delivery timelines exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Due to the digital and intellectual nature of the services provided:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once purchase is completed.

Clients are entitled to one clarification window within 48 hours of report delivery. This window allows for reasonable clarification of content. It does not include revisions, rewrites, or reanalysis. Requests submitted after 48 hours are not guaranteed.

All content, frameworks, language, methodology, diagnostics, and branded materials including:

• HER™ framework
   
• All written reports
   

are the intellectual property of Le Femme Collective LLC. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

By participating in any service, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
   
• The Company is not liable for outcomes resulting from your implementation of insights or recommendations.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Le Femme Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services.Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction within the United States.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
