Load Logic is an independent institution dedicated to understanding the relationships that shape health, energy, and radiance through multidisciplinary collaboration.

 Participation is by consideration for individuals whose expertise, perspective, and way of thinking align with the institution's current priorities. 

 Load Logic is organized around shared investigations rather than departments or professions.

Research, education, publications, technology, and product development are different expressions of the institution's work.

Together, they deepen understanding, develop knowledge, and create enduring intellectual resources.

Contributors are selected because their expertise, perspective, and way of thinking strengthen the institution's current work.

Participation is not organized around predefined roles or professional titles.

It is organized around where each contributor can make the most meaningful contribution.

As the work evolves, opportunities to contribute evolve with it.

 As the institution grows, opportunities to contribute emerge across different expressions of its work.

Depending on the institution's current work, contributors may participate in:

 Load Logic is in its current  stage of institutional growth.

 Contributor opportunities are currently structured around voluntary participation as the institution continues expanding its research, publications, technology, educational initiatives, and operational capabilities. 

As the institution evolves, opportunities for greater responsibility, leadership, and compensation are expected to emerge alongside the work. These opportunities will be shaped by the institution's evolving needs and the sustained contributions of individuals over time.

Participation at the current stage does not guarantee future compensation, employment, or leadership opportunities.

Individuals requesting consideration should do so because they are genuinely interested in contributing to the institution's mission and helping build its long-term future.

 Participation is extended selectively as opportunities emerge that strengthen the work.

Requests for Consideration are reviewed individually, with invitations extended only when there is a meaningful opportunity to contribute.

Not every request results in participation.

Those invited to contribute become part of the work as it continues to evolve.
