Shana Monèt

Shana Monèt is the founder of Load Logic™. Her professional background spans more than fifteen years across beauty, functional fitness, corporate wellness, and systems development. A licensed Master Cosmetologist since 2009, she is also a Google-certified Generative AI Leader.

Her experience includes designing systems and programs, managing projects, training teams, and working directly with women through client consultation, fitness instruction, and corporate wellness operations.

Working across these environments gave Shana a perspective that extended beyond any one service.  A woman might be addressing one concern while also managing work, family, energy, responsibilities, and other priorities. 

Shana understood that complexity personally, too. As a mother of two and military spouse, she has navigated her own work, health, family responsibilities, and priorities through changing circumstances.

Over time, one question became increasingly important: What happens when a woman knows what she wants to change and has information or support to help her, but still has to figure out how to make that change work within the life she already has?

That question became part of the foundation for Load Logic™.

Today, Shana leads the development of Load Logic™, an interpretation system across Health, Energy, and Radiance that examines information and guidance in the context of a woman’s life.
